Hey there!
I would just like to say “Thank You” for taking time out of your day to look over my website and schedule a time to take a tour! I am extremely grateful to do what I do, and don’t take your time for granted. I look forward to meeting you, and helping make your stress of finding the venue that is the right fit as seamless as possible. Please take a second to read below for some helpful information to know as you get ready to tour our venue!

Where shall we meet?
— We have a long dirt driveway that leads up to a white house on the hill. We will meet you right there!!
Please bring anyone you would like to see the venue prior to booking with you to the tour.
Here’s why: We only allow one tour per couple, so bring EVERYONE!! We do have scheduled open houses thru out the summer, they are listed on the website, and will need to be signed up for prior to open houses when they become available.
Just a reminder, we can’t hold dates without a signed contract.
— Here’s why: Although we are SO excited you have decided you want to use SHW for your “Forever Day”, we simply can’t hold dates without deposits. Our schedules fill quickly, and we need to be fair to each and every couple.
If you need to postpone or cancel your visit, please give us 24 hours notice.

Your time is a valuable asset, and we don’t take that lightly. We try our best to find a time that works for couples to check us out. If you can’t make your time booked, we would love to be able to offer it to another couple that is also trying to find their dream venue.
